The First Professional Psychic Angel Reading

The following is a true story about my first day as an Angel Reader, and how things that looked bad at first ended up being wonderful!

I had three clients. The problem was…at first none of them showed up…but the good news was, THEY ALL SHOWED UP without a phone call, just a little later than originally scheduled, but in consecutive order, with no gaps in-between. To me, this was obviously orchestrated by the Angels—and all to show me they agree with what I am doing, and they, the Angels, are blessing my work as an Angel Reader…

When I walked into the metaphysical bookstore where I would start my career as the first ever Angel Reader, I was greeted with a smile and the very good news that three people were already signed up to have readings with me.

Each of these people were scheduled consecutively, and I was thrilled…

The first one at 11 a.m.

The second one at 12.

And the third one at 1 p.m.

Of course I was very excited. This was my first day in my new career, and learning that simply on the strength of my two paragraph write-up in their newsletter, people made appointments…I was greatly encouraged.

And yet, I was disappointed…

When 11 a.m. came, my scheduled client didn’t show up, and I was very disappointed. But Amy, who worked there, encouraged me—she reminded me that two more people were still scheduled, and surely they would arrive. I appreciated Amy’s encouragement, so I waited.

Yet when 12 o’clock arrived, the 12 o’clock client didn’t show up either! But at least one more person was still scheduled, and you never know… that person could still come. Just because the first and second clients didn’t come, didn’t mean the third would not show up, right?

But, when 1 o’clock arrived, and my third scheduled client didn’t show up, I was even more discouraged.

Then I remembered the teachings of my guru, Paramahansa Yogananda, and I realized I needed to meditate. At that point, I retreated into my private office, closed the door, and communed with God and the Angels through meditation and prayer. As I meditated, a profound peace came over me, and I knew that everything would be okay. Then I understood that everything was in Divine Order, and everything would be okay.

I also understood that prayer and meditation were so important for me that day, that the Angels wanted me to fulfill that step before they’d allow the clients to come. The Angels were behind what was happening…

And then the miracles began…

As soon as I completed my meditation and opened my eyes, Amy knocked on my door. When I answered, she opened the door and told me that the client originally scheduled for 11 a.m. had just arrived and asked if I could still do her Angel Reading.

“Certainly”, I answered. Then the first client I’ll call Jane walked in, and Amy closed the door. As Jane sat to my right at the table, she expressed her apologies for not showing up on time. Then she explained,

Having this Angel Reading with you was so very important to me! I’ve been so excited and have been looking forward to this for weeks. Yet today, I just spaced out! I just couldn’t believe it. It was so important to me, but I forgot! Whatever you can give me is fine, but I’d really like the full hour, if you possibly could…”

I told her she could have her full hour and that I was happy sheshe was here. I appreciated her sincerity and humility, and I was delighted to do the Angel Reading—the first professional Angel Reading I’d ever done… and the first professional Angel Reading that was ever done by anyone, anywhere…”

After the Angel Reading, Jane was thrilled. The angels and I tapped right into things most important to her, and among other things, a message that came through was that something had tried to prevent her from coming to the session to get the angelic help she needed, but the good Angels managed to “wake her up” and get her to me anyway.
