How I Use The Healing Energy Of Crystals

Everything in this world, including crystals, has energy. And as you become more knowledgeable of the close connection between crystals and the Angels, you become more desirous of opening yourself up to the energy inherent in crystals so that they can help bring you guidance, healing and messages from angels.

Because much of humankind has lost its connection to God and High Self,  the Angels have imbued crystals with strong spiritual vibrations and healing powers. But the only way to receive and understand these messages and vibrations is to use actually them and purposefully tune in with to their energies.

The crystals I prefer…

I especially like using clear quartz crystals to help me clear my aura after a busy day with clients. This practice helps to allow my body and mind to become calm, which allows it to heal from the day.

I begin by saying a prayer to Spirit for guidance and protection. Then while holding a double terminated clear quartz crystal, I simultaneously spend several minutes breathing deeply and slowly. As I do this, I find myself entering a world of peacefulness, well-being and happiness. This feeling lasts well beyond my meditation period. It lasts for hours.

How I use crystals in my healing practice…

I also love to use crystals in my healing practice while working with others.

Sometimes I have my client lie on my massage table, and with gentle sounds of nature in the background, I place crystals on their heart chakra and ask them to breathe deeply.

Then I place crystals on all of their chakras and on many other parts of their body as well. I even place crystals, that do not directly touch their body, around their aura. This produces an incredible effect of rejuvenation, as well as physical and emotional balancing.

So many people who have received this treatment have told me that the laying on of crystals they just experienced was the most important thing they ever did in their life.
