Why Is It Important to Clear Negative Energy From Your Body and Aura?

…Especially for Incarnated Angels and Lightworkers

Lightworkers are usually Incarnated Angels. These Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers are interested in improvement and they believe that adding more love, understanding and kindness is a way to heal and transform the world. They’ve seen there’s too much hate, strife, and hypocrisy in this world and have decided to use peaceful, metaphysical means to do their part to change things. In their desire to help, they sometimes get carried away, and work so hard to help people that they cause energy problems for themselves. 

While changing the world is an ambitious undertaking that can seem daunting, Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers know that through acts of kindness and helping others, at least on the small scale, they are having a positive impact and in some small sense are changing the world. So in the interest of helping people such as these, I’m writing this article in order to help them clear and protect themselves from negative, strange-feeling energies. 

Often, Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers use certain healing modalities such as Reiki and Healing Touch, or they may simply be intuitive and tuned into guidance from the Angels. With their talents and gifts, the  Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers look for opportunities to positively influence people and to help their own and others’ lives be a little better. However, there is a downside that many Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers doing energy work experience – that downside being the sensation of a palpably uncomfortable energy that seemingly sticks to the skin and adversely affects the body and emotions. 

What is stuck energy?

Through this, the Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers sometimes experience uncomfortable sensations on the skin after doing psychic readings and energy work. In fact, for a seasoned energy worker, even standing or walking in a crowd can produce uncomfortable energy sensations. The sensations I’m referring to feel like stuck energy – like a thin layer of fine angel-hair which feels as if it needs to be rinsed off. 

When the Incarnated Angel-Lightworkers first notice this strange phenomenon, they usually think it will just go away, so at least initially, it doesn’t bother them or seem threatening. But when the Incarnated Angel-Lightworker notices it time after time, after they’ve been working with and helping people, that the phenomenon of a strange energy that seems to be sticking to the skin takes place, it becomes an irritation. 

The stuck energy I’m referring to comes from working in multiple dimensions at once. It’s an uncomfortable weblike feel seemingly covering the skin. This phenomena is really not strictly from an earth dimension, but rather, is from a combination of energies from both the earth and a higher dimension at the same time. 

The easiest way to clear negative energy from your body and aura: 

1. 1. Take a full shower as soon as possible. After your shower, you will feel wonderfully refreshed, and the negative energies will not get a chance to set-in.
   2. Wash your hands, and splash water on any part of your skin that’s exposed, such as your arms and face.  You will find that much of the negative energy is sloughed off, and as a result, you will feel physical and emotional relief.
