Health Advice From Archangel Michael
While working with Archangel Michael in Psychic Angel Readings and Intuitive Spiritual Counseling…I have always found him to be incredibly helpful with even the most everyday issues, like helping to find your keys or helping to get the job you want. But even more importantly, he also helps us with our health.
In working with him, he has strongly indicated that taking care of one’s health is of the highest importance. This is because the body is not only the temple of the soul, but it is also the instrument of our ability to get our spiritual work accomplished while on earth.
For those of us who are Earth Angels, this is an especially important concept. We were sent to this earth to fulfill a purpose, and we need our bodies to he healthy in order to accomplish this. For this reason, in this post, I’m going to bring health tips from Archangel Michael, Gabriel and all of the Angels of goodness.
The need for light…
Sunlight is such an important part of having good health. It can sometimes be challenging, especially in the winter, if you live in a part of the country where the skies are gray and there’s little light. Because I have lived in such an area, I’ve asked the Angels for insights about what I should do, and this is suggestion:
Get a full-spectrum light bulb or a light-box. Chromalux and Veralux are two brands of bulbs. The brighter the bulb, the better it works. 2500 to 10,000 lux is considered therapeutic.
I enjoy sitting in front of a 150 watt Chromalux R40 Reflector Flood Light, and yes, you can feel the difference. It’s like sitting on the beach in Hawaii!
After twenty to thirty minutes, you feel brighter, happier, more awake and energized throughout the day. The overall effect will also help you to sleep better at night.
When you have joint pain…
For some, getting older and joint pain are synonymous. A tip I’ve received from the Angels, to alleviate this type of minor aches and pains, is to stir a teaspoon of turmeric powder in hot water for tea, then add a little black pepper. Follow this with one or two capsules of cayenne. I find that the pain relief that ensues from this recipe is truly remarkable.
Exercise daily…
This will help boost your energy. Whether you take walks, practice yoga, work out at the gym, jump on a personal trampoline, or practice Pilates….it doesn’t matter. Just be sure to exercise daily so your muscles stay or become strong and flexible and you feel good…keep moving!
Increase your serotonin…
Lately, the Angels have guided me to take 5-HTP. They have helped me to understand that with the increased serotonin levels this substance naturally provides, it’s easier to get through each day.
One more helpful, healthy thing to do…
