My Amazing Spiritual Journey
Being an Angel Reader has been interesting, fascinating and fun. I enjoy talking to people and sharing information given to me by the Angels. I watch how this work helps so many people and changes their lives, and I love being intimately involved in this process. But how did my doing this unusual work as an occupation come about?
When I was young, I had a great interest in Truth and God. Because of this, I started a regular habit of prayer and meditation — talking to God and begging for a response. Fortunately, God and the Angels answered my call. In fact, my call to God and the Angels has been answered in many ways, and at many times.
I started meditating in earnest when I was 20. I had heard that when the student is ready, the teacher will come. I believed in past lives, and I had a rather humble attitude. I believed that if I started meditating, and did so for the rest of my life, that eventually, I would be worthy of meeting my teacher. In fact, it only took 3 years. I found my teacher and learned a new method of meditation that worked even better than the method I had been using previously, which had actually been no method at all. I was just winging it. The new method I was given was much much better, and took me to new spiritual heights very quickly.
I began seeing a light and visions of Jesus and the masters.
I felt that my life was being guided…
Once, I had a lucid dream of literally flying with the Angels. They were literally guiding me! I could feel it. I was flying in the air with them, and they were leading me somewhere. I wasn’t sure where, at the time, but they were extremely intense. They were absolutely huge seraphims. Someone was holding my right hand, and I looked over and saw him. An absolutely huge seraphim—guiding me. Then I realized someone was holding my other hand, and low and behold, when I looked over, an Angel just as huge, intense and obviously God-filled was on my other side as well. They were on both sides of me, and were carrying me very swiftly.
When I woke from that dream, I was astounded. My dream had confirmed that the Angels were truly guiding my life!
When I was a young teenager, I prayed that God would show Himself to me, and that He would teach me what I needed to know to be of service to Him. That love of God has been with me my entire life, and I’ve always wanted to serve Him. Not that everything about my life and my choices were wonderful after that, but it has certainly become clear to me that all of the experiences and life choices I have made since that time have taught me exactly what I needed to know. I have gone through making good choices, making less good choices, discovering the results, and learning to help myself and others through the life experiences and lessons I have gained through my journey. I mention this because my life experiences have been vast enough that I have learned to understand just about everybody, and can help people with the understanding and knowledge I have gained.
I began to meditate in earnest…
When I was 22, I lived in San Diego for about 6 months. During that time, I found out that my aunt lived nearby, so although I barely knew her up until then, I decided to go visit her. While there, she was very kind and friendly to me, and she showed me around her home. On the mirror in her bedroom, she had pictures of saints, so I asked her about them. She led me to spiritual books, and especially towards meditation. That was when I started meditating in earnest. From the very beginning, when I first started meditating, I wanted quick results. I wanted God to come to me and to spiritualize my life as only He could do.
I did get results quickly, probably from meditating extensively in past lives, and from the fact that through that past-life practice, I had become proficient at it, and that proficiency had carried over to this present life. I got results quickly…I saw the light of God and felt a great deal of inner bliss. But soon after that, I entered something like a spiritual desert in which, although I still experienced spiritual bliss, I wasn’t having as many advances as I expected. Still, I continued meditating regularly, believing that eventually, if I kept it up, the great spiritual connection with God would finally occur.
In December of 1990, having practiced daily meditation for 18 years, I reached what I knew was true enlightenment. One evening, as soon as I started to meditate, God lifted me up to another dimension, and I found myself in a very heavenly place. God was all around me. I could not see a form, but I felt His unmistakable presence. I felt so much love and such indescribable peace that I wanted to stay there forever. I do not know how long I was there because, where I was, there was no time. But God apparently decided that was enough for now, because then, I was brought back into this earthly reality rather than being allowed to remain in that Heavenly place forever.
