Understanding Your Dreams

In my Angel readings I like to help people understand the hidden meaning of their dreams. They tell me the dream they want to understand and after going through it with as much detail as the client can recall, God and the Angels help me to understand and explain the meaning of the dream to the client.
When you are asleep is when your mind can be totally available for unparalleled, uncritical concentration on whatever is presented to you within the dream world. So God and the Angels often use dreams as a way to teach and guide you.
An interesting fact is things that could never actually happen in what we call the real world, can easily happen within the dream space. Things you could never accept in real life will easily be accepted in your dreams.
Things like seeing a cat suddenly turn into a dog can seem totally normal within a dream. Seeing and spending time with someone who died ten years ago can be something you accept without question.
There are also lucid dreams…
Sometimes people do realize that they are dreaming right within the dream they are having. This describes what is called a lucid dream. When this occurs, you can enjoy what is happening within the dream itself—particularly when you are flying! People may know within the dream that they can’t really fly in ordinary life, yet know for certain that they actually are doing it inside of the dream. In that way they get to really enjoy the experience!
Or sometimes they might even seem to spend time with someone they love who actually passed away sometime in the past.
For me personally, seeing a loved one who has already passed on in my lucid dreams happens quite regularly. When these dreams occur, I know it’s just a matter of time before I wake up, and I try to prolong the dream as long as possible. I tell my loved one that this is not really just a dream. I tell him it’s real and that I want us both to remember the moment.
I touch his arm and can actually feel it. The Angels help me with this. They help me to stay in the dream longer than it might otherwise have lasted. They help me to absolutely know this is not just a dream. It’s a real experience—as real as any other in my lifetime.
Many dreams are like stories…
They are stories you actually get to experience within your sleep—stories such as driving your car and unexpectedly coming across a friend you haven’t seen in years, and yet getting to spend time with that person in a fun adventure as if it is real!
Things like this can seem so wonderful and fulfilling. It’s good to know, when you wake up, that God and the Angels have given you a gift by showing you the people and adventures you have in your dreams.
To have such dreams can inspire you to take action and, perhaps reach out and connect with someone again.
Dreams can be prophetic…
They can be instructive. Through dreams, Angels can help give you insight into what is actually going on beyond what you consciously already know.
Dreams can warn you about potential dangers for yourself and others. They can help you to avoid dangers for yourself and others.
When a dream is a nightmare…
Of course some dreams are nightmares, but I think even those can be helpful as well. All dreams have messages within them, and all of your dreams are actually trying to tell you something. In the case of nightmares, they’re often trying to help you avoid danger, or to teach you something significant.
Within the Angel readings I do, when people tell me dreams that seem like nightmares, the Angels and I can always find the hidden message that can help the client to understand exactly what they’re meant to learn from the dream.
Either way, good dreams, bad dreams, crazy dreams, romantic dreams, confusing dreams—all of them. Dreams are fascinating, instructive, helpful, and entertaining.
